Privacy Policy

• Approximate location — only when you tap "Use my location" and grant the browser permission. Sent to Wolt and (briefly) to our server to fetch restaurants. We don't keep your exact coordinates.
• Address you type — if you enter one manually, it's sent to OpenStreetMap to convert into coordinates, then to Wolt to find restaurants. Not stored on our server.
• Anonymous session info — a random ID generated per visit, your country (derived from your IP by our hosting provider), basic device hints (OS, model guess, browser), whether you used GPS or typed an address, and counts of how many rerolls / Wolt clicks happened. Used to understand basic usage and improve the app.
• Feedback — only if you submit it: your message and optional email so we can reply.

• No accounts, names, or login.
• No precise home address.
• No advertising IDs, no third-party tracking pixels.
• No cross-site tracking.

To do its one job, the app talks to:

• Wolt — receives your coordinates to return nearby restaurants.
• OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — receives your typed address to convert it into coordinates.
• Lovable Cloud — our hosting and database provider, stores the anonymous session row described above.

Each provider has its own privacy policy.

Munch Roulette does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising trackers. The random session ID lives only in memory for the current tab — close the tab and it's gone. That's why there's no cookie banner: there's nothing to consent to.

Since we don't have accounts, there's nothing tied to you personally beyond feedback you choose to send. If you'd like us to delete a feedback message, use the Leave feedback button on the home page and ask — we'll remove it.

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top.
